Based in the Swiss Crypto Valley, SMART VALOR is a Blockchain startup set to enable borderless crypto finance. We are building a decentralized, community-based marketplace for tokenized alternative investments. We are looking for a Community Manager who will be mainly in charge of growing the local community in Europe, Japan, Russia, and Brazil, ideally used to work in dynamic environment and startup

Responsibilities
– Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
– Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
– Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
– Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
– Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
– Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
– Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
– Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
– Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Profile
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
– Expertise and ties within the ICO, blockchain and cryptocurrency communities with deep knowledge of where and how to build visibility and credibility. Whether it’s Telegram, Slack, Bitcointalk, Reddit, Steamit or a Facebook group—
– 1-3 years of experience targeting communities to promote client projects, managing profiles within these pages by responding to queries from clients and partners,
– Experience leading discussion threads and distributing engaging content.
– Have a network and eager to attend and run Blockchain events/meetups.
– Ability to recruit, train and motivate local community managers.
– Excellent writing skills
– Hands on experience with social media management for brands
– Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
