Delisting of Selected Crypto-Assets As Per 31.03.2026

Why is SMART VALOR delisting these assets?
In line with the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), SMART VALOR continuously reviews the assets available on our platform to ensure ongoing alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
For certain assets, the required regulatory disclosures and documentation under the MiCAR framework are currently not available. As a result, SMART VALOR has decided to discontinue support for these assets on the platform.

Which assets are affected?
The following crypto-assets will be delisted from the SMART VALOR platform:

  • Dukascoin (DUK+)
  • Rare (RARE)
  • Orchid (OXT)
  • Yearn Finance (YFI)
  • Kyber Network (KNC)
  • Dash (DASH)
  • EOS (EOS)
  • Axie Infinity (AXS)
  • Decentraland (MANA)
  • The Sandbox (SAND)
  • Basic Attention Token (BAT)
  • Quant (QNT)

What does “delisting” mean?
Delisting means that these assets will no longer be supported on the SMART VALOR platform.
This includes:

  • Trading will no longer be available
  • Deposits will no longer be accepted
  • Custody services will no longer be provided
  • Withdrawals will only be possible until the specified deadline

Until when can I withdraw my assets?
Clients must withdraw their affected assets no later than 31 March 2026.
After this date, SMART VALOR will no longer support these assets and access to them through the platform cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if I do not withdraw my assets before the deadline?
After the withdrawal deadline, SMART VALOR will discontinue technical support for these assets.
This means that:

  • withdrawals may no longer be possible through the platform
  • the assets may no longer be accessible via your SMART VALOR wallet
  • SMART VALOR will not be able to guarantee recovery or transfer of the assets

We strongly recommend withdrawing your assets before the deadline.

Where can I withdraw my assets?
You can withdraw your assets to:

  • a personal self-custody wallet, or
  • another exchange that supports the relevant crypto-asset.

Before withdrawing, please ensure that the receiving wallet or platform supports the respective asset and network.

Will trading still be possible before the deadline?
Trading for the affected assets and deposits will be discontinued on 25 March 2026.
Once trading is stopped, you will still have time to withdraw your remaining balance until 31 March 2026.

Can the assets be relisted in the future?
If the required regulatory disclosures under the MiCAR framework become available in the future, SMART VALOR may reassess whether these assets can be supported again.
However, there is currently no guarantee that these assets will be relisted.

Are my other assets affected?
No.
This delisting only affects the assets listed above. All other supported assets on the SMART VALOR platform remain available for trading and custody.
