The employee will be responsible for the management, maintenance and preparation of all relevant company accounts, maintaining banking relationships and monitoring investments.
– Book accounting transactions
– Manage account receivable/payable (invoicing, cash collection and payments)
– To coordinate and carry out month end procedures
– The production of regular Financial Statements
– Prepare cash flow forecast (weekly, monthly/annually)
– Handle VAT returns
– Coordinate and/or manage external accounting or finance related agencies and parties
– Managing the relationship with third party auditors and other finance and accounting specialists
– Monitoring and, where directed, supervising investments across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
– Managing third party finance and accounting specialists
– Working to refine and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent application
– Maintain banking relationships; ensure tax compliance where required
– Establish and maintain excellent communications among all team members

– 4 years’ experience as an accountant in Switzerland;
– Ability to cope with both internal and external stakeholders
– Serious, precise with very good analytical skills
– Hands-on and organized
– Strong collaborations skills
– Ability to adapt to changes and evolving business needs
– English: fluent (a must)
– German: fluent
